The panel featured: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mehdi-fran%C3%A7ois-bargache\/\">Mehdi Bargache<\/a> (Head of Data Science at ArcelorMittal), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/laure-leduc-design\/\">Laure Leduc<\/a> (UX-UI Designer at Wort), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/orell\/\">Aur\u00e9lien Mell\u00e9<\/a> (Lead UX at BIL), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/stephaniewalterpro\/\">St\u00e9phanie Walter<\/a> (Lead UX Designer at Luxair), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/fabian-burtard-5436863a\/\">Fabian Burtard<\/a> (Solution Architect at EIB). The roundtable focused on the Luxembourg market\u2019s maturity level in terms of User Experience or User Interface. Interactions demonstrated that while every corporate has its approach, the common challenge for every UX-UI leader is to make the rest of the company understand the importance of including UX-UI processes at the beginning of each project.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/loic.lu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_0379-1.jpg\" alt=\"Photo credit: Foyer\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1324\" width=\"2315\" title=\"IMG_0379\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>Photo credit: Foyer<\/p>\n\t<p>Organized by the LOIC, the yearly <em>Innovation Dating<\/em> event represents one of the club\u2019s most important events. \u201cOur Innovation Dating event seems to get bigger each year. I think this is also a demonstration of the LOIC\u2019s momentum swing coming from its members and our partners. Our membership is growing, fueling LOIC\u2019s initiatives and thus demonstrating vividly how well-connected Luxembourg\u2019s corporates want to be to innovation.\u201d says <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/emiliebechet\/\">Emilie Bechet<\/a>, Corporate Innovation Manager at <em>LOIC<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth edition of <em>Innovation Dating <\/em>has been organized in close collaboration with <em>Foyer<\/em>, who sponsored and hosted the event. \u201cHuman-Centered Design being an essential part of our mindset and our processes here at <em>Foyer<\/em>, we have recently been working on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.design.foyer.lu\">Foyer Design System<\/a> and API to improve team efficiency and Design Culture. Therefore, as a LOIC member, it felt natural for us to get involved in this project.
